Worldwide Popular African Star Burna Boy has acquired the world’s first Bugatti Chiron VXX with a widebody design by luxury custom brand, Venuum. The car is valued at ₦9 billion ($6.6 million) in Nigeria.
Weeks after announcing its biggest project, Dubai-based luxury car customization shop Venuum has finally unveiled what it describes as the “world’s first widebody Bugatti Chiron” hypercar. It is specially and only created for Nigerian-born music star Burna Boy, who gifted it to himself for his birthday.
The Venum-branded Bugatti Chiron boasts bespoke touches customised to the tastes of the Grammy Award-winning artist, including “Burna Boy” graphics on the massive, carbon-fiber rear wing. According to Abuja Car CEO – Sadiq Aminu, this customised car named Bugatti Chiron VXX Special Edition is worth approximately ₦9 billion. Aminu was the dealer behind what is believed to be the biggest automotive deals ever seen in West Africa.

Just hours after the unveiling of the Burna Boy’s insane Venuum Black widebody Bugatti Chiron, Abuja Car CEO wrote in a post shared on his Instagram story, “How would you feel if you sold the most expensive car in West Africa? A car worth about ₦9 billion.” A video was also posted to the Venuum Black Instagram page, where the tuner and Abuja Car CEO wished Burna Boy a happy birthday and congratulated him on his newest acquisition.
The post reads, “Happy birthday, Burna Boy! Today we’ve made your dream a reality: a one-of-a-kind Bugatti Chiron VXX Special Edition just for you. It’s a masterpiece that is sure to make waves around the world. Sending you a big hug from the Venuum family.”

Considerably, Venuum specialises in modifying luxury vehicles with bespoke body kits. So, Burna Boy’s Bugatti Chiron is still powered by a 8.0-litre quad-turbocharged W16 engine with 1500-hp. The Chiron can do the 0-60 mph run in just 2.3 seconds and a top speed of 261 mph.
The Bugatti Chiron joins Burna Boy’s impressive fleet of exotic vehicles, which already includes a Lamborghini Revuelto, a Rolls-Royce Spectre and several other luxury automobiles acquired over the years, adding charm to his afrobeat star aura.
