The property is obtained as part of the group’s long-term development plan of Green Community which will come up in Hayden, Colorado. The corporate house, it is believed, has set aside advanced earnest money of $2 Hundred Thousand for the acquisition contract.
Important dates related to the acquisition
Depending on the completion of acceptable due diligence on the 664-acre parcel, the earnest money will be considered non-refundable. The deadline is set to be on or before September 30. It has come to light that the purchase deal will be assessed for closure. The company is expected to make the final payments on or before April 1 2022.
The Planned Green Community is implemented in coloration with Western Sierra Resource Corp (OTCMKTS: WSRC). At the project site, water resources can be used to cultivate irrigated industrial hemp. Besides this, the hemp can also be processed on-site. In addition, the construction of carbon-negative housing is built in one single location as part of the company’s master plan.
