Zimbabwe: The Tamba Events is organizing the ‘Sunshine City Festival’ in Harare at the selected venue Old Hararians. The musical event will take place on Friday, March 29, 2024 and Saturday, March 30, 2024.
On two different days, different singers will perform at the event. On March 29 artists such as Jah Prayzah, ExQ, Selmor Mtukudzi, Mokoomba, Jah Signal and Chillspot will be performing.
On March 30, 2024 artists such as Winky D, Killer T, Bazooker, Garry B & Etherton B, Master H and Bling 4 will be performing at the stage.
The two musical legends of Zimbabwe will perform at the same event but on different days. Singer Jah Prayzah will be performing on March 29 whereas, rapper Winky D will be doing his concert on March 30.
The musical performances will begin at 12:00 p.m. and will keep entertaining the audiences until the next day, featuring live music performances, Fun Run activities, Soccer and more.
The event will also feature professional disk jockeys such as DJ Wanco, DJ Hush, MC Jibbs, and MC Mantis. Tickets will be available at Mambo’s Chicken.
For the first phase, tickets will cost $15 for one day and $30 for VIPs. For two days, $30 will be charged, and $60 will be charged to VIPs.
For the second phase, the tickets will cost $20 and $50 from VIPs for one day. For two days, $40 will be charged and $100 will be charged from VIPs.
To book tickets near the gate, $30 will be charged, and for VIPs, $70 will be charged. VVIPs can book their tickets only prior to the event.
Reportedly, coolerboxes will be allowed before 4:00 p.m. with USD $10 Corkage. The musical event is sponsored by Tamba Events Management, BRAAI Out ZW in the Jungle, Mambo’s Chicken, Josh Satellite, Cruiz Auto City, and George Emmanuel School.
Artists Winky D and Jah Prayzah will headline the first ever Sunshine City Festival in the town. The festival aims to bring joy to the Easter holiday weekend and will showcase the city’s vibrant music scene.
The attendees at the festival will have the power to choose which artists they want to perform or listen to, on each of the two days.
