Botswana: Botswana Police Service launched an anti-drug and gender violence campaign, calling on community members to join the fight against substance abuse.

Botswana: The First Lady, Ms Neo Masisi, recently speaking during the "Parents Dialogue on Drug Use" she hosted in Francistown, urged Parents and other stakeholders to come up with measures and interventions to stem the rising use of substance abuse in Botswana.

Botswana: Botswana Police Service, through District No. 4 (Lobatse), donated the 77th house in Magoriapitse village today (02/03/2023). Speaking at the official handover of the house to Mr Maduo Mere, the Acting Commissioner of Police, Mr Phemelo Ramakorwane, stated that housing donations by the Police to the less privileged are in line with the organisation’s social responsibility policy as well as the government’s initiative on poverty alleviation.
