After the whole three years of Lockdown, the People of Uganda are very excited today for the first major international showdown. This is the first-ever Reggae Jamaica Uganda Connect after the COVID-19 wave, and it keeps us in our homes only to view the online concerts.

In association with Next Radio, Pilsner lager and arranged by One Time Marketing & Yard1 Promote; this 11th March 2022, at the Uganda Museum, we celebrate Reggae with Reggae legends from Jamaica and Uganda headlined by the Jamaica Reggae Legend; Turbulence.

“The next radio concert is going to sponsor the first post lockdown Reggae Concert for the love of music and the upful vibes. The one thing that is great about reggae music is THE VIBES, and that s what all about. It would be a vibe!” stated Nicholas Ngobi, Brand Manager of Next Radio.

Famous singer of Jamaica, who was born and raised in Jamaica, ‘Sheldon Campbell’ who also known as Turbulence, he is just a 42 year old Reggae Artist who was discovered in 1999, and from that time he gave a global hits song, such as; Notorious, Nutty Pon Her Frontline, They believe, Do Good, and We got the love before teaming with Anthony B on their 2008 master hit Real Warriors which to date is the motivation of most Dancehall Artists in Uganda and Africa.

And his current songs, which are very famous, are “Defenders featuring Anthony B and Celebration of Life, an inspirational song for having survived the Pandemic. The biggest attraction that why people are crazy about his concert is that Turbulence has never been to Uganda and is very enthusiastic about sharing his passion, contacts, and industry experience with our country.

The concert will also feature our Reggae-Dancehall stars; Joze Chameleone, Shanks Vivi Dee, Mighty Son, Vampino, Kemishan, Vinka, Zex Birangi Langi, Henry Tigan, Sera Marley, Zulanda, Baba Raa, General Czaabu, Lady Slyke, Latif School of Fashion – Special Talent Exhibition, Top DJs, MCs and Dancers.

As stated that ‘Nobody can stop Reggae’ Let’s catch up and spot the biggest global reggae show, which is going to be held in Uganda next month, on 11th March 2022 at Uganda Museum, and the timings of the concert are 12 in the afternoon till late.

The entrance fees of the concert are 25,000UGX, this is for ordinary people, and if anybody wants to book the table then the fee is 250,000UGX, and four people are allowed on one table, and VIP tickets are also available, and that is in 50,000UGX.

However, the ministry of health Standard Operating Procedures gave the strict announcement that it is to follow the guidelines properly, without avoiding anything.
