𝖪𝖾𝗈𝖺𝗀𝗂𝗅𝖾 𝖠𝗍𝖺𝗆𝖾𝗅𝖺𝗇𝗀 meets buisness persons for familiarisation

Botswana 𝖪𝖾𝗈𝖺𝗀𝗂𝗅𝖾 𝖠𝗍𝖺𝗆𝖾𝗅𝖺𝗇𝗀, 𝖠𝗌𝗌𝗂𝗌𝗍𝖺𝗇𝗍 𝖬𝗂𝗇𝗂𝗌𝗍𝖾𝗋 𝗈𝖿 𝖳𝗋𝖺𝗇𝗌𝗉𝗈𝗋𝗍 𝖺𝗇𝖽 𝖨𝗇𝖿𝗋𝖺𝗌𝗍𝗋𝗎𝖼𝗍𝗎𝗋𝖾 𝗆𝖾𝗍 𝖧𝖾𝖺𝖽𝗌 𝗈𝖿 𝖦𝗈𝗏𝖾𝗋𝗇𝗆𝖾𝗇𝗍 𝖣𝖾𝗉𝖺𝗋𝗍𝗆𝖾𝗇𝗍𝗌 𝖺𝗇𝖽 𝖲𝗍𝖺𝗍𝖾 𝖮𝗐𝗇𝖾𝖽 𝖤𝗇𝗍𝖾𝗋𝗉𝗋𝗂𝗌𝖾𝗌. The meeting between the assistant minister and businessmen was hosted on Friday.

The meeting which took place 𝖺𝗍 the 𝖢𝗈𝗎𝗇𝖼𝗂𝗅 𝖢𝗁𝖺𝗆𝖻𝖾𝗋𝗌 𝗐𝖺𝗌 aimed towards promoting the sense of understanding between the two organisations. This is the first time that the Ministry’s staff is meeting with the businessmen 𝗉𝗈𝗌𝗍 𝖾𝗅𝖾𝖼𝗍𝗂𝗈𝗇.

𝖳𝗁𝖾 meeting was also a platform to highlight the plans and expectations 𝗈𝖿 𝗍𝗁𝖾 𝗇𝖾𝗐 𝗀𝗈𝗏𝖾𝗋𝗇𝗆𝖾𝗇𝗍. The adminstration led by Duma Boko was sworn into administration earlier this month.

The Ministry has shared some images from the meeting on their social media. They promised that the leaders have been working hard to continue working with all sections of society.

𝖠𝗍𝖺𝗆𝖾𝗅𝖺𝗇𝗀 𝗌𝖺𝗂𝖽 that he is dedicatedly working towards providing 𝖡𝗈𝗍𝖾𝗍𝗂 𝗐𝗂𝗍𝗁 𝗁𝗂𝗀𝗁 𝖾𝗇𝖽 𝖨𝗇𝖿𝗋𝖺𝗌𝗍𝗋𝗎𝖼𝗍𝗎𝗋𝖾 for better business opportunities. In his address to the business community, the Minister acknowledged that 𝖡𝗈𝗍𝖾𝗍𝗂 has a plethora of 𝗆𝗂𝗇𝖾𝗋𝖺𝗅 𝗋𝖾𝗌𝗈𝗎𝗋𝖼𝖾𝗌 𝖻𝗎𝗍 it is still one of the 𝗉𝗈𝗈𝗋𝖾𝗌𝗍 𝖣𝗂𝗌𝗍𝗋𝗂𝖼𝗍 in Botswana

𝖧𝖾 has asked the members of the business community 𝖿𝗈𝗋 𝗌𝗎𝗉𝗉𝗈𝗋𝗍. He also urged the government officials and 𝖼𝗂𝗏𝗂𝗅 𝗌𝖾𝗋𝗏𝖺𝗇𝗍𝗌 𝗍𝗈 accept and work towards 𝖼𝗁𝖺𝗇𝗀𝖾 𝖺𝗇𝖽 𝖻𝗋𝗂𝗇𝗀 𝗊𝗎𝖺𝗅𝗂𝗍𝗒 𝗌𝖾𝗋𝗏𝗂𝖼𝖾 𝗍𝗈 𝗍𝗁𝖾 𝗉𝖾𝗈𝗉𝗅𝖾.

𝖧𝖾 revealed that the government of Botswana is facing a significant challenge of 𝗅𝗈𝗐 𝗋𝖾𝗏𝖾𝗇𝗎𝖾 𝗀𝖾𝗇𝖾𝗋𝖺𝗍𝗂𝗈𝗇 𝖺𝗇𝖽 𝗅𝗈𝗐 𝖽𝗂𝖺𝗆𝗈𝗇𝖽 𝗌𝖺𝗅𝖾𝗌. 𝖧𝖾 has as such shared the corrective measures that the government wants to take.

R𝖾𝖽𝗎𝖼𝖾d 𝗌𝗉𝖾𝗇𝖽𝗂𝗇𝗀, 𝗍𝗁𝖾 𝗎𝗌𝖾 𝗈𝖿 𝗍𝖾𝖼𝗁𝗇𝗈𝗅𝗈𝗀𝗒, 𝖽𝗂𝖿𝖿𝖾𝗋𝖾𝗇𝗍 𝗐𝖺𝗒𝗌 𝗈𝖿 𝖽𝗈𝗂𝗇𝗀 𝖻𝗎𝗌𝗂𝗇𝖾𝗌𝗌 are some of the steps the government has laid out. 𝖳𝗁𝖾 𝖠𝗌𝗌𝗂𝗌𝗍𝖺𝗇𝗍 𝖬𝗂𝗇𝗂𝗌𝗍𝖾𝗋 𝖠𝗍𝖺𝗆𝖾𝗅𝖺𝗇𝗀 said that the diamond companies in the district play a very important role in the development of Botswana.

𝖢𝗈𝗎𝗇𝖼𝗂𝗅 𝖲𝖾𝖼𝗋𝖾𝗍𝖺𝗋𝗒 𝖬𝗉𝗁𝖺𝗉𝗁𝗂 𝖨𝗇𝗇𝗈𝖼𝖾𝗇𝗍 extended his 𝗌𝗎𝗉𝗉𝗈𝗋𝗍 𝗍𝗈 𝗍𝗁𝖾 𝗇𝖾𝗐 𝖠𝗌𝗌𝗂𝗌𝗍𝖺𝗇𝗍 𝖬𝗂𝗇𝗂𝗌𝗍𝖾𝗋. The council secretary was proud to note that the assistant minister comes from the area.

He is familiar with the issues of the district and willing to work on dealing with these issues to make the district more prosperous.
