Zimbabwe: The Afro-musician Seh Calaz ends his ambassadorship deal with Zimbabwean brand Kumbucha Limited. The reason to end the deal figured out to be the non-renewal of the deal with the Bandit Boss, as the tough economic environment cited.
Informing about the same, the popular African song writer released an official note on his social media account on Facebook. The note was shared for immediate release for and on behalf of Seh Calaz Management King George Damson.
The note started with the mentioning of the subject as “End of Kambucha Brand Ambassadorship Deal.”
The note states, “We would like to inform the general public and other stakeholders that our brand ambassadorship deal with Kumbucha Zimbabwe Limited who are the manufacturers of Fresh ‘Kambucha’ came to an end on 20 December 2023.”
The note further added, “Kumbucha Zimbabwe Limited cited the tough economic environment as the reason why they were unable to renew the deal with us.”
The note expressed that the singer and the team respect the company’ request and mentioned, “We respected the company’s request to not make this announcement at that time but now since they have unveiled a new brand ambassador, we feel obligated to advise the general public of this development. We wish their new brand ambassador all the best.”
“We would like to thank Kumbucha Zimbabwe Limited for the opportunity to work with them. We believe we set a standard in as far as product promotion by a brand ambassador is concerned,” adds the note.
The management also mentioned in the note that they are accepting new partnerships now, “We are open for partnerships with other brands going forward.”

A social media user Bishop Kevin Nyamakanga commented, “Kambucha needs to be advised accordingly. You drop one person and pick another from the same field its not wisdom!
