St Kitts and Nevis: Prime Minister of St Kitts and Nevis, Dr Terrance Drew met the former prime Minister of United Kingdom, Tony Blair. The leader had served as the Prime Minister of the United States for ten years, starting in 1997 and leaving office in 2007.
The meeting was held in New York on the sidelines of thee United Nations General assembly.
The Prime Minister of St Kitts and Nevis, who is currently  in his third year occupying the office of the Prime Minister, was delighted to have the opportunity to interact with the leader. They engaged in an in-depth discussion about the world issues.
The Prime Minister of St Kitts and Nevis congratulated the Former Prime Minister of United Kingdom for his new book: On Leadership: Lessons for the 21st Century. PM Drew highlighted that the meeting was most insightful.
They discussed several important topics of national and international importance with the leader. He highlighted that it is important for the leaders of the world to make sure that they learn from the experiences of their former leaders.
He said that it us also crucial to take inspiration from the way the past leaders had shaped the world.
The Prime Minister of St Kitts and Nevis was happy to receive the signed copy of the publication from Tony Blair and congratulated him on achieving this milestone. Dr Drew shared several images from the meeting between the two leaders.
