Buganda: Agnes Nakibinge Ssempa, buried at his grandfather’s grave in Ssaanga, Semuto Road. The Kingdom is represented by the First Deputy Katikkiro and Minister of Public Works and Technology, Hon. Prof. Twaha Kigongo Kaawaase, accompanied by Ministers; Provincials; Members of the Assembly, as well as Public Servants in various categories.
The Hon. Prof. Twaha Kigongo Kaawaase, and read out the message of the King, condolences to the deceased.
He is the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Hon. Patrick Luwaga Mugumbule, who was the Kaggo and whom the late succeeded, read out the message of the Katikkiro, who was in Ankole on official duty.
In the message, the Katikkiro paid tribute to the late, whom he said had left a strong legacy for his services to the Kingdom in various capacities.
He described him as a dedicated servant and a dedicated contributor to the development of the people of the King in Kyaddondo, Buganda, and Uganda as a whole.
He expressed his deepest condolences to the family of the deceased, the ministers of the Diocese of Kyaddondo and all the people of Kyaddondo for the shock of the sudden loss of Kaggo.
All the speakers who spoke about the deceased praised him for his hard work and dedication.
Kaggo, Mr. Agnes Nakibinge Ssempa, who has served the Kingdom in various capacities starting as Bulamu District, was elected as Mutuba I District, Nangabo, later elected as Deputy Kaggo, from where she was again given the Kaggo, to lead the district, service he has rendered until his death.
