The major task is to provide a decent home for Dominican families aptly embodies a beacon of hope in developing sustainable and resilient housing communities financed by the Citizenship by Investment Programme.

The construction work of these houses is going very well and fastly via key partners and stakeholders for many housing projects in Scotts Head, Eggleston and Canefield. While adding to the roster of flourishing projects by MMC Development Ltd. will be the pristine integrated community of Grand Bay Ville.

Grand Bay Ville Housing Development is a master planned concept of ground-breaking, modern, and trendy. More than 100 standalone houses, 29 empty plots for future construction and up to 10 homes for complete reconstruction and modernization will fulfil the scenic surrounding of the development.

Most houses will be equipped with three bedrooms, two toilets and baths, a kitchen, a dining space with a living room, a powder room, a laundry area, and a porch.

Beyond the extraordinary crafted homes and scenic views are significant amenities and facilities like a commercial square consisting of 22 shops, a gas station, a magistrate house, a regional fire station, a community centre, and a church.

In addition, there will be sporting facilities such as basketball courts, recreational spaces, and pocket parks.

Moreover, the community’s safety is also ensured with the presence of the renovated and modernized police station, which provides 24/7 services to the public.

Like all other projects embarked on by MMC Development Ltd., the substructures and superstructures will also follow the highest resiliency standards – reinforced concrete, shatter-proof windows, and underground utilities to combat adverse weather and natural disasters.

The 25-acre enclave will become a model community for the whole Caribbean region. The fully integrated community will also become a model to simulate. Grand Bay Ville will also be going to provide shelter to residents displaced by Hurricane Maria.
