Egyptian football fans have unveiled a statue that honour national team coach Hossam Hassan and commemorated his passionate leadership during the historic FIFA World Cup campaign of the country.
The tribute, erected on Egypt’s North Coast and captured one of the most memorable moments of the tournament when Hassan made a crossed-arms “X” gesture during Egypt’s Round of 16 clash against Argentina.
