A voice recording of the striker saying these words is going extremely viral. The members of the Football Association claimed that the striker had spoken to several stakeholders regarding his dissatisfaction.

The striker was speaking to FAZ Communications Manager, Sydney Mungala regarding his views on why he was not playing for the team. He alleged that one of the reasons for his continued snub for national duty was that he refused to work with a named agent who also represents Grant.

In his Weekly Soccer Writeup Update posted on Monday, Kamanga states that FAZ will not delve into the merits and demerits of the accusations at this point.

He however confirms that an inquiry has been opened, adding that for it to yield positive results, key witnesses, including the player, must tender in all the relevant evidence to the Ethics Committee.
