South Africa, Juba: Governor Emmanuel Adil Anthony has this morning jetted back into the Country(State) from U.S., New York, where he participated in the just concluded United Nations General Assembly(UNGA) as part of the South Sudan high-level delegation led by Vice President Hussein.
Upon arrival at Juba International Airport, Senior Government Officials, including the party’s cadres and Artists, led by Deputy Governor, Hon. Sarah Nene was at hand to receive the State’s top authority at the airport, where he was instantly proceeded to resume his Gubernatorial duties.
While in the United States during the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA), Governor Adil took the opportunity to hold numerous engagements with the Central Equatoria Diaspora Community on a wide range of issues, including but not limited to cattle herders, land grabbers and other issues of mutual interest to the people of the State.
Governor Adil described the trip to the U.S. as successful and impactful to the Country’s(State’s)social-economic, political and sustainable development.
