Zambia: Red Arrows Football Club (RAFC) hosted Zesco Malaiti FC in a friendly football match at Sunset Stadium on Saturday, 3rd February 2024.
In the first game, Arrows soared to a 4-2 scoreline against a spirited Malaiti FC. Much to the delight of a small section of die-hard fans that gathered to cheer, the teams showcased their prowess and good football.
In the second game, Arrows maintained their dominance with a narrow 1-0 win over Malaiti FC but the display was just marvel to watch from both sides.
Coaches on both sides were seen shuffling their lineups, experimenting with player combinations, and fine-tuning their strategies.
The practice match appeared more than just a friendly match but a valuable practice session, where coaches aimed to perfect their teams for the challenges of the league matches in fortnight time.
The match also served as an opportunity to rejuvenate players on the mend. Some of those recovering from injuries showcased their comeback, proving that setbacks could not dull their passion for the game.
Arrows continued with practice matches and keeping form during the break to maintain the players’ physicality and provide a platform for mental resilience and team spirit.
As the final whistle blew, both Arrows and Malaiti players gathered at the centre cycle, acknowledging each other’s efforts in the spirit of sportsmanship and the good session they had!

Moreover, they also launched the Airmen Calander in February, in which they shared their schedule. According to the schedule, they have a match on February 2, 3, 9, 17, and 24.
