Jushi Holdings Inc. (OTCMKTS: JUSHF) has announced the completion of the previously announced Franklin Biosciences OH LLC (FBS- OH) acquisition. FBS –OH is a licensed medical marijuana operator in Ohio.
Jushi acquires Franklin Biosciences
The Ohio-based firm runs an 8,000 square feet ultramodern processing facility in Columbus. Equally, the company has unveiled various upcoming products and brands in Ohio, starting with the debut of the Seche brans, Jushi’s fine flower line, currently available to customers through earner dispensaries across the state.
Tasteology, Jushi’s brand of premium, cannabis-infused, real fruit gummies, will be available in the various cannabis-infused gummies flavors, including Blueberry Calm, Mango-Pineapple Boost, and Peach Balance. At the same time, the company will avail cannabis-infused tarts in various flavors, including Sour Watermelon Boost, Blue Raspberry Calm, Green Apple Balance, and Mellow Mint in the coming weeks. In addition, the Lab brand will make its official debut in the state in the form of 0.5g and 0.3g vape cartridges that are rechargeable.
Just to start first cannabis plants at OhiGrow Facility
Jushi hopes to start first-ever marijuana plants this month at the OhiGrow facility in Toledo, Ohio, following its previously announced acquisition of OhiGrow, LLC, and Ohio Green Grow LLC. In the first quarter of 2022, Jushi plans to deliver additional Sèche flower product lines and its award-winning flower label, The Bank, medical marijuana patients in Ohio.
