Botswana: Mahalapye District Council hosted the Mr and Miss RADP Pageant. The young girls and boys showcased their talent over the course of the previous weekend.
The 2023 National Miss RADP Pageant winner, Gorata Sego was also present at the event as a guest speaker. The participating youngsters were given the opportunity to showcase their talent and creativity.

- Three Deputy Council Secretaries of Mahalapye District Council

Miss National RADP, Gorata Sego was the guest speaker at the event and encouraged thee participants to perform well. The officials have shared several images from the event on their social media.
The officials who attended the event extended their best wishes to the participants for them to perform well. The Deputy Council Secretary- Development G. Moepeng talked about the significance of the celebration.
The members of the community have shared that the event has helped in highlighting much talent among the people. The leadership has confirmed that the Pageant, which is an important part of Botswana’s annual calendar has helped bring the talent of the nation to the forefront.
On the female side of the contest, Gorata Ledira from Moralane was crowned Miss RADP 2024.
On the other hand, Keletlhokile Sote was given the title of 1st Princess and Warona Boitshwarelo was crowned as the 2nd Princess.
In the male category, Aobakwe Mojamatlho from Mokgenene village was named Mr. RADP 2024, The Position of the 1st Prince was given to the Molefhi Pitika and Omponye Kearata was crowned second prince.
The leadership of the Mahalapye was delighted with the success of the event and shared their views on the success of the programme. The event was full of high points, with DJ La Timmy serving as the Pageant’s official entertainment expert.
He delivered an electrifying performance that had the crowd on their feet. His music added a vibrant energy to the evening, making it a memorable celebration.
