While notifying about the event, the Deputy PM stated, “Yesterday, I attended the Prize Giving Ceremony for the Atlantic Rally for Cruisers (ARC) January 2023 at the Sandals Golf and Country Club. Along with this, he used the platform to congratulate the performers and the crew members for their extraordinary performances in this season of the event. “Congratulations to all the cruisers who participated in the race, and I look forward to seeing you in December for ARC December,” Minister said.

It is worth noting that the Atlantic Rally for Cruises is one the most successful ocean sailing event in the world since the commencement of the event in 1986.

After the completion of the event, a prize-giving ceremony was held to celebrate the hard work of all the participants of the second edition of the Atlantic Rally for Cruisers in January. The ceremony was organised in the same venue – Golf and Country Club. The organisers of the event emphasised that such events provide a platform and allow the crew members to meet and greet with one another. It further added that maximum boats must have plans to cruise together or rendezvous on other islands, and some will remain friends for life.
