St Kitts and Nevis: the Prime Minister of St Kitts and Nevis, Dr Terrance Drew, attended a pre-Labour Day meeting in Halfway Tree Constituency Number 04 on April 20, 2023 (Thursday).
The meeting was part of the celebrations for the Labour Weekend in 2023. Along with Dr Drew, the gathering also featured various ministers from St Kitts and Nevis Labour Party (SKNLP). Dr Drew shared a glimpse of the meeting with the public, offering insight into the discussions that took place on the sidelines of the Labour Day celebrations.
In his remarks, PM Drew expressed his love for working for St Kitts and Nevis citizens. Recently, he launched the idea of a creative economy, and in concern of that, he put som e of the people together.
He also mentioned the entertainers, stating, “I put some of the best people together because I know what it is. We have as far as entertainers. I know what it is. We have petitioners, but I recognize the litigation in a way because I want to have a look at very we said; we know we do any cars? Yes, we have been here.
We got experience. Okay. All right. So as we do, prepare for the launch of the creative economy within a few weeks, we are saying to all people for the first time, you’re going to see a real change and will entertain us in becoming economically viable. For the first time in the country’s history, I love to knit a Saint Kitts and Nevis. I love working for you. I love working for you, and that’s why when we had to launch the idea of a creative economy, we had this according to an engineer and Entertainer, we got him. It is Excellency, Gods.”
He also briefed the citizens about the Ali Devon deal. PM Drew also thanked citizens for supporting him in everything that he is doing for the welfare of the citizens. I want to say thanks to you. I love you. Thank you, said the PM, Drew.
