Botswana recorded a high number of road traffic fatalities in the festive season of Christmas. As per the reports, 45 people died in 33 fatal road traffic accidents.
Thirty year old Victor Kalasa resident of Lusaka, died on December 25 ahead of Christmas Celebrations. As per the reports, he died on the spot at an entertainment joint in Lusaka's Kabwata area after being pushed by his drunk colleagues who were fighting as he tried to separate them on Christmas afternoon.
