South Sudan, JUBA: South Sudan President Salva Kiir Mayardit on Monday joined mourners at Juba International Airport to receive the body of late Gen. John Kong Nyuon, who died on 26th December 2022 in Nairobi, Kenya.
Kenya: Cde Tong Akeen Ngor, the SPLM Chairperson of Northern Bahr El Ghazal State, graced farewell to 2022 and welcomed the new year 2023 with a Party in the State SPLM House. The SPLM in NBGs annually organizes a dinner for the farewell and welcoming of the new year.

South Sudan, Juba: The leadership of the SPLM ruling party is currently in a meeting at J1 or State House in Juba. The meeting is an emergency consultation after the deterioration of President Salva Kiir Mayardit's physical health or fitness to carry on with the state activities.
Juba: Governor Lt Gen Dr Joseph Manytuil Wejang on Wednesday presided over the reconciliation meeting of Panyijiar County's political leaders held in the State Coordination Office to end the political deadlock over civil and administrative differences between Panyijiar County commissioner and other stakeholders.
