Cape Town to observe the 3rd annual Bellville Business Expo to help local SMMEs grow. Member of the Mayoral Committee for Economic Growth and Tourism – Alderman James Vos released a statement and said that Entrepreneurs and innovators will once again take the spotlight at 2025 Bellville Business Expo.
Reportedly, the 2025 Bellville Business Expo is taking place on October 28 and 29, 2025 at the Tyger Valley Shopping Centre.
The event is administered by the Greater Tygerberg Partnership (GTP), which receives funding from the City of Cape Town. With this they aim to build on the success of 2024’s event which saw hundreds of small, medium, and micro enterprises (SMMEs), where they showcase their products and services, forge new connections, and gain valuable exposure.
James Vos thoroughly enjoyed engaging with so many passionate entrepreneurs, heard their stories, and witnessed firsthand drive and creativity, how they are shaping the local economy.
The City of Cape Town is proudly funding the GTP because it recognise Bellville’s immense value as a vibrant hub with potential for even greater economic expansion.
Through the GTP, they support projects that promote urban renewal, business development, and investment attraction. The Bellville Business Expo is one of the key deliverables, which is a clear example of how collaboration between government and the private sector can unlock real growth and opportunity.
Furthermore, the 2025 expo is based on the theme around sustainability and innovation. The event promises to be even bigger and better. There, visitors can expect to hear insights from industry experts, can check out products from selected regional businesses, and networking opportunities with investors, government representatives, and corporate partners.
