Reportedly, the city has issued four new tenders equivalent to a combined estimated value of R125.6 million (excluding VAT) in land release for affordable residentially led, mixed use developments on well-located parcels of land.
The project encourages private sector partners and developers to contact the city for more information on these well-packaged and incentivised proposed developments in Brackenfell, Ottery and Lansdowne. All due process and public engagement continue to be followed as and whenever required.
