Nairobi, Kenya: The Transformists have embarked on their mission to transform children’s lives through Education. The Community has introduced ‘A Bag to School Project’ in Nairobi County secondary schools from this month, Friday, December 1, 2023, to January 31, 2023.
Through this project the community based organization aims to help 120 students to access secondary Education in Dagorretti, Makadara, and Mathare Sub Counties in Nairobi, Kenya.
The Project has been launched in partnership with several Organizations, communities and sectors. These include:-

The Transformists encourage and promote Secondary Education among students. The organization is dedicated to encouraging the vulnerable communities to access quality education. Talking about the significance of their mission, they recollected some words of South African former President Nelson Mandela The words stated, “Education is the most powerful tool that can be used to change the world.”
Further, the Transformists’ philosophy states that “Education as the most important tool that shaped many societies changed destinies and transformed communities and individuals’ capacities.”
The stakeholders of the community based organization embarked on this journey after realizing the severe challenges students faced from vulnerable backgrounds. They also realized that these challenges deny them equal access to Secondary Education.
Further, while sharing the details of the Project, the Organisation also appealed to like-minded individuals and institutions to join hands with them in enabling these students to access Quality Education.
Reportedly, The Transformists is a community-based organization encouraging people towards achieveing the Sustainable Development Goals. The Communities ‘A Bag to School Project is a project which aims to transform the lives of children and help them to lead healthy and improved lives. It is also based on helping the nation achieve sustainable development.
