South Africa: The Mpumalanga Department of Education congratulated Dr Lindiwe Skhosana on her graduation with a Doctorate in Business Management.

Affectionately known as Lele Skhosana, she was born and bred in Witbank, now called Emalahleni.

She is a professional teacher with many more gifts and a phenomenal woman who believes in making a difference in the community and those she meets along the way.

Dr Skhosana has the heart to serve. Currently, she is a recognised Programme Director in the Mpumalanga Department of Education and also participates in many community development programmes.

She is a teacher at Edward Matyeka Primary School in Emalahleni Circuit 2, in the Nkangala District, a former Education Specialist at Leonard Ntshuntshe Secondary School for the Languages Department and a former Radio Presenter for Emalahleni FM.

Her journey on Emalahleni FM afforded her an opportunity to be nominated in Mpumalanga Gospel Awards for the best Community Radio Presenter, Gospel Show.

She took a break from her volunteering radio work to focus on completing her Doctorate studies.

She has also authored three Ndebele children’s readers. Dr Lindiwe Skhosana believes in Education as the key to success combined with one’s skills and abilities.

Her future ambition is to soar into academic spaces where she can fully utilise her knowledge attained from the Master of Public Management and Doctorate in Business Management programmes.

She graduated on the 2nd of November, 2022, from Regenesys Business School.

Her thesis title is:

A critical assessment of the Association between Decentralised Strategic Planning and Capacity Development as Drivers of Leadership Performance in Schools.

The residents of the area congratulated Dr Lindiwe Skhosana for her achievement and wished her more success in her life.
