Hollywood actor Terrence Howard wishes Gen Muhoozi his 48th birthday

One of the renowned movie actors, ‘Terrence Howard,’ also joined others around the globe in order to congratulate Uganda’s First Son and Commander of Land Forces (CLF), Lt Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba on his 48th birthday anniversary.

One of the videos which got a lot of attention from social media handlers on which the famous actor Terrence expressing pleasure in soon meeting Gen Muhoozi and also delivering him a birthday gift.


Terrence stated in the video, “Gen. MK, happy 48th Birthday to my friend. I am soon looking forward to coming down there to meet you guys and being able to bring you a gift that will be an enduring and lasting gift; happy Birthday again.”

There is also one more report that stated that The Empire TV show star would be going to telecast on Uganda mid this year in order to explore the country’s vast opportunities in the entertainment sector as well as in science and innovations.

Howard is an African American, and he will be coming to Uganda to connect with the Pearl of Africa and share knowledge with the local film industry.

Howard has been featured in numerous films and TV series, including; Iron Man, Big Momma’s House, Get Rich or Die Tryin, Winnie Mandela, Lackawanna Blues, Ray, The Best Man, and Hustle and Flow, Pride, Four Brothers, among others.

Gen. Muhoozi has carried birthday celebrations in different regions across the country, with the climax at State House with a dinner attended by Rwanda’s President, Paul Kagame, among other dignitaries.

Lt Gen Muhoozi is also the first son and has had a series of events to celebrate his 48th Birthday, which is running throughout the weekend.


Gen Kayihura and his community went out early morning, singing war songs and chanting “songs mbele”, which loosely translates to “go forward”.
