What will you do, if you are suddenly told that the world is going to end? Tensed, curious, angry or might amazed! As this is what affects your plan that you have decided to do for coming years.
Recently a false claim led to a viral incident. A Ghanaian man named Ebo Noah who claims to be a prophet said that the world was going to end on Christmas this year by flooding and stated that only those in his ark will be saved. Eventually hearing this, people believed this and made a chaos out of it by gathering in humungous number at a place.

However, later he refused and told that his prediction was false after he pleaded God for mercy. He said that God has given him more time to build more arks to accommodate people before rapture.
The rumour started spreading when Ghanaians hurried to secure spots in one of the 8 arks built by Prophet Eboh Noah. He further affirmed that he has been instructed by the God to build these eight arks to save only the selected families.
And yes, people did trust him and sold their belongings. His followers turned over their money in preparation for what he described as an imminent apocalypse. Thousands of people across Africa flocked to Ghana and seek places aboard self-proclaimed ‘Noah’s Arks’.

But how it turned out to be is that the self-styled prophet Ebo Noah burned down one of his arks after his wife and family moved closer to the structure in anticipation of a rumoured flood.
Acting out of anger over what he felt was deception, he allegedly destroyed the ark, only to later discover that it had no connection to Ebo Noah which sparked widespread public reactions and debate.

This situation literally astonished people that how someone can fool them in the name of God. Where the Dec 25, was supposed to be celebrated as Christmas, now it has turned into a panicked scenario of fear claiming the end of the world.
Clearly it was a hoax to trick people, as Ebo Noah was arrested earlier this year by the authorities for his prophecy but then was released later after the officials said that making such religious prophecies is not a criminal offense. He later attended Sarkodie’s concert and told the audience to keep partying.
