St Kitts: The interCaribbean Airlines has launched a special aircraft painted in the colours of the St Kitts and Nevis Flag. The tail of the ATR 42-500 aircraft currently features the colours of the Kittitian and Nevisian flag. Notably, the Aircraft is called, The Spirit of St Kitts and Nevis.
The aircraft is a proof of the strong relationship and partnership that exists between the interCaribbean Airlines and the government of St Kitts and Nevis. The Prime Minister of St Kitts and Nevis, Dr Terrance Drew was proud to welcome the spirit of St Kitts and Nevis to the island.
The welcome ceremony for the aircraft was hosted at the Robert L Bradshaw International Airport. The welcome ceremony for the aircraft was hosted by several leaders and government officials.
The Prime Minister, Dr Terrance Drew, Dr Goffrey Hanley and Minister of Tourism, Marsha Henderson attended the welcome ceremony. The leadership was proud to further their partnership with InterCaribbean Airlines.
PM Drew took to his social media account to share some images from the welcome of the Spirit of St Kitts and Nevis. In the images, the stakeholders of the Kittitian and Nevisian administration, along with the representatives from the Airlines were seen celebrating.
The Prime Minister said that the administration under his charge is dedicated to improving the tourism sector. They are working hard to maintain a standard for tourist arrivals and the partnership with the interCaribbean Airlines is a remarkable step in that direction.
Dr Terrance Drew was proud to announce that the they are dedicated to improving airlift capacity of the country. He lauded the Minster of Tourism, Marsha Henderson and her team for their hard work and dedication to strengthen St Kitts and Nevis tourism. He urged the Monster and her team to continue their efforts and promised support from the rest of the administration.
The people of the country have also appreciated the new development in the airlift partnerships. They have also expressed their pride on the inclusion of Spirit of St Kitts and Nevis into the interCaribbean fleet.
