Mpumalanga: The MEC for Finance, Economic Development and Tourism, Ms Nompumelelo Hlophe and other ministeries, congratulates Bokamoso Machika from the Thembisile Hani Local Municipality for winning the 13th Annual #MissMpumalanga Awards.
Ms Nompumelelo Hlophe congratulated her through a Facebook post where she said, “I wish to take this opportunity to congratulate Bokamoso Machika for winning this year’s edition of the #MissMpumalanga beauty pageant. Being crowned #MissMpumalanga comes with many responsibilities requiring a great sense of humility. Historically, many families have been negatively affected directly or indirectly by irresponsible gambling and alcohol abuse. As she begins her new role as the ambassador for our public entity, the Mpumalanga Economic Regulator, we wish her well”.
The official Facebook page of Mr & Miss Thembisile Hani Local Municipality Beauty Pageant also congratulated Machika by saying, “Never in 13 years did we think that we’d ever be able to witness a moment that would go down in history, and we are in awe of God’s grace and favour!”
Furthermore, they said, “Bokamoso Letlotlo Machika, we fail to put into words how proud we are of you and the woman you’ve become; from the first day we met you, we knew that you were meant for greatness, and you’ve proven that to be true. The way you’ve conducted yourself and spread so much joy and love all over Thembisile Hani and Surrounding areas proves that your heart will always eclipse your beauty! Ultimately, they congratulated her for her victory Miss Mpumalanga 2023 and said, “You will always and forever be Miss Mpumalanga 2023.”
Mr Mpumalanga 2023 also took a moment to wish Bokamoso Machika well and extended his wishes to the runners-up, 1st Runner-Up Sinenhlanhla. 2nd Runner Up Reitumetse Mokoena.”
Moreover, the newly crowned Miss Mpumalanga Bokamoso Machika walks away with a brand new car.
