St Kitts and Nevis: The Prime Minister of St Kitts and Nevis, Dr Terrance Drew was overjoyed to share some beautiful artworks of St Kitts and Nevis’ remarkable creatives. The prime minister recently visited the Department of Youth Empowerment, where he saw all the paintings exhibited with pride.
He was happy to see the talented works of art all done by the young creatives of the country. He shared several images of the artworks on his social media account and called them “Truly Exceptional.”
The Federation of St Kitts and Nevis has been celebrating November as Youth Month. During the month, they have hosted a number of events and interactive competitions to highlight the youngsters of the federation.
The prime minister of St Kitts and Nevis announced that the artworks are on display at the Department of Youth Empowerment for the whole month. He invited the people of the federation to visit the department and look at the various artworks.
PM Terrance Drew was proud to add that the artworks covered a range of topics and depicted several interesting subjects. Some topics which the Prime Minister highlighted in his social media post included Heritage sites of St Kitts and Nevis.
Meanwhile, some paintings and artworks also depicted themes of renewable energy, conservation, and natural scenery. The prime minister was accompanied by the Junior Minister of Youth Empowerment, Isalean Philip.
They visited and admired all the aisles and artworks in person at the exhibition. The paintings showcased the remarkable prowess of the youth of the country for creative arts.
In line with this, the prime minister wanted to make sure every member of the public can see and appreciate the talent of the youths in person. He announced that Members of the public can visit the department inside the Cable building to view the exhibition, Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. at no cost until the end of the month.
