St Kitts: Terrance Drew, the Prime Minister of St Kitts and Nevis interacted with the members of the diaspora for the nation. The meeting was hosted in the honour of the 41st anniversary of the country’s Independence Day.

He highlighted that he was happy to meet the members of St Kitts and Nevis Diaspora and discuss a variety of issue. The Prime Minister of the country announced that the meeting was hosted on Saturday, two days after the independence celebration.

The Prime Minister of the nation has been keeping in touch with the members of th diaspora, living in various parts of the world. Ever since he took up office as the Prime Minister, he and his team have constantly engaged with the members of diaspora.

The administration has remained resolute to including all the members of the community in all the decisions pertaining to national importance.

The officials have shared that the meeting featured several topics of discussion which included the members of the community. The Prime Minister of St Kitts and Nevis said that they discussed various topics of national interest.

He shared images from the event on their social media, sharing the interaction was a remarkable success. The leaders have shared that the event was hosted in the honour of the members of the diaspora.

PM Terrance Drew also highlighted the critical role that the diaspora plays in the national development.  He wants the members of the diaspora to continue playing their role to help in the progress of the country. He highlighted that they had a crucial role to play while they were residing abroad.

The Prime Minister of St Kitts and Nevis, Dr Terrance Drew also highlighted that the last three guest speakers at the Prime Minister’s Independence Lecture Series came from the diaspora. At this point, underscoring our commitment to their active involvement in nation-building.

The Prime Minister highlighted that as a unit, they can create an even better St. Kitts and Nevis and make the nation proud  of their roots.
