South Africa: South Africa Men’s cricket team is getting ready to face the West Indies Men for a series of Matches scheduled for the next month. The West Indies Men in Maroon will be hosting the Proteas for the upcoming trip
During South Africa’s tour of the West Indies, they will be facing the team in two test matches and a T-20 Series. South Africa’s Tour of West Indies will span over three weeks, during which they will play at various stadiums around the Caribbean.
The Proteas had previously faced the Men in Maroon during the 2024 T20 International World Cup. South Africa had won the said match, kicking the men in Maroon out of the Race of the World Cup. The Proteas men now have a chance to add to their success and secure more victories against West indies.
The first order for business for the Proteas Men will be the Test Match, scheduled for August 7 to August 12. The five day match will see the Proteas team led by Temba Bavuma taking on the Men in Maroon.
The West Indies men are yet to announce their team for the much anticipated clash, while they are still playing a test series against England. On the other hand, the Proteas have announced their playing squad for the Test Series.

The test match, starting August 7 will be hosted at the Queen’s Oval Park in Trinidad. The teams will move to the Providence Park in Georgetown Guyana for the second test match of the West Indies Tour. The second test match will be hosted between august 15 to August 20.
Towards the end of the month, Proteas and the Men in Maroon will come face to face for a three-match T-20 Series. The teams will play the T-20 series at the Brian Lara Cricket Academy in Tarouba in Trinidad and Tobago.
