Residents of Mkushi District in Central Province have asked the district government to rehabilitate the dilapidated township roads. The residents of the region believe that the condition of the roads in the district are making movement of vehicles in the region difficult.
Notably, the situation of the roads may be disastrous for the people of the country. The condition of the roads may lead to road traffic accidents and other unfortunate incidents in the region.
One of the residents of the district, Angelina Yenga, shared her thoughts about the situation in the region. She claimed that there is a need for roads to be upgraded in order to ease movement of both motorists and pedestrians.
