South Africa: SA Army Support Formation is currently in Rhemardo Holiday Resort, hosting a Human Resources Succession Planning Session from 20 March 2023 that will end on 24 March 2023.
The SA Army Support Formation invited all the Human Resources Career Managers that are in charge of the SA Support Formation member’s careers from the whole South African National Defence Force to meet at the Rhermardo Holiday Resort for a Succession Planning Session with the aim of career development and management. General Officer Commanding SA Army Support Formation, Major General T.E. Mulaudzi, was chairing the planning session together with the Director of Army Human Resources, Brigadier General G.S. Soldaat.
Even though 21 March is Human Rights Day, which is a national day commemorated annually to remind South Africans about the sacrifices that accompanied the struggle for the attainment of democracy in South Africa, the SA Army Support Formation was still busy with the Human Resource Career Succession Planning Session.
This day started with the Acting SA Army Support Formation Chaplain, Chaplain F.S. Sello, opening with a scripture Reading and Prayer, followed by the General Officer Commanding SA Army Support Formation, Major General T.E. Mulaudzi, who in his opening remarks said, “Career Managers do not be discouraged that we are working on a holiday because this day is significant as it is our soldier’s human right to be posted on posts that will develop their careers as the South African National Defence Force is an organization that cares for its people”.
The SA Army Support Formation will be in Rhemardo Holiday Resort working tirelessly from 07:00 am till 21:00 pm every day, ensuring that members of the SA Army Support Formation throughout the whole country are placed in posts considering promotions, social problems, well-being and other matters.
