Mauritius: The Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) Support Scheme, a process to officially recognise and validate competencies gained outside the formal education and training system for the purpose of certification, was renewed yesterday, between the Human Resource Development Council (HRDC) and the Mauritius Qualifications Authority (MQA), during a ceremony held at the Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee Tower, in Ebène. The event was followed by a workshop on Portfolio Development for 100 new potential candidates.

With the latest research done, the researchers have found that there are some weight loss hacks that work in a bit strange way. Fruits and vegetables are high in fiber as well as vitamins and minerals and can help you to feel full. So, the more the better!

Add on the fat!

In contrast, the consumption of fat does not make a person fat. Only few fatty foods actually help to gain health. Thus, they are even considered an essential part of a healthy diet. Notably, the types of fats found in foods such as avocados, nut butter, fish, and even olive oil, can actually help slow down digestion and keep a person feel fuller for longer.

Consume plenty of water!

The main and the best solution to every problem is the consumption of water. Thus, a person who begins the morning with a glass of water, and continues to drink water all through the day gets the maximum benefits. Megan Byrd, RD from The Oregon Dietitian Say, “One of the biggest factors in elevating your metabolism and helping you lose weight is staying hydrated.” Further, she says that drinking sufficient water, during the day, essentially fuels the body’s metabolism and helps to increase the energy level at the same time!
