Malawi: Blantyre based urban music artist and popular music producer, Steven Chibwazi is announcing a new album for his fans, The Malawi based urban music legend, popularly known as Stich Fray is making a comeback with Mtendele.

The newest album from the musical legend will be released on May 28. The fans and admirers of the artist are excited to hear the new album, They have been expressing their excitement on the release of the new album through social media

Stich Fray spoke to rhe media regarding his comeback with the album. At the same time, He also talked about his silence on the music scene saying he wanted to come up with “mature music”.

“I took my time because I wanted to come up with a mature material. I was also busy producing albums for other musicians at my studio,” he said.

Stich Fray’s comeback album consists of a total of 10 songs. The complete list of the titles has been shared by the artist. The list of the music titles are:

  3. Ndimafuna Mtendele
  4. Nkhawa bii
  5. Shu Shu Shu (kwayaka moto)
  6. Ine si Nep Man
  7. Gentleman
  8. Mzanga

He spoke about the significance of the album for his fans and himself. According to him, the album tackles a lot of issues but is centered on the theme of peace and love as the title suggest.

Stich Fray said he mixed different genres in his new album just to accommodate a diverse audience.

“It is just a mixture of genres so that everyone can find his or her type of music to vibe on,” said the urban music artist.

He disclosed that the album also featured other well-known artists of the African music industry like Nep Man, the late Evison Matafale in (Nkhawa bii cover), DNA, Leumas, Queen Fire, Annie Matumbi and Smacks.

One of his fans, Alfred Kalikokha, was excited with Stich Fray’s album saying Stich Fray is his favorite artist and was looking forward to this album.

The album will be available for free in all the music websites like Malawi Music.com, Mikozi Network and Makosana among others.
