The disappearance case of Mehul Choksi has not reached its conclusion even after two years of its investigation. On top of that, the Attorney General of Antigua and Barbuda has further opened a new chapter of discussion by urging the court to dismiss the kidnapping case.
Mehul Choksi, who is responsible for a massive $2 billion fraud against India's PNB bank, is now using his fraudulently acquired funds to delay his extradition from Antigua and Barbuda. Continuing his deceptive streak, Choksi has been deploying his financial resources to escape the consequences of his actions in India.
