United Kingdom: Mayfair Practice is one of the London-based clinics famous for offering GP Consultations and Corporate Health, Health Screens and Travel Vaccines, Hypnotherapy and Acupuncture and Aesthetic Treatments, has been blamed by a patient for their negligence during the Botox Brow lift surgery.

The patient complained of pain and swelling after the treatment, which the clinic did not respond to. The patient said she called the clinic several times, but they did not respond.

The client detected swelling in his eyebrows soon after he experienced botox surgery from Mayfair Practice. She consulted the doctor and took all the medicines as per the doctor’s prescription, but nothing changed.

According to the patient, she tried to contact the clinic several times, but they did not respond.

However, the clinic, in its response, said that they were unable to reach the patient when she made the complaints. The clinic has said it will reach out to her and provide the required assistance to resolve the matter.

The client also contacted the clinic administration, but they stated that they signed a contract with the patient, claiming that only the patient would be responsible for the surgery. The patients suffered numerous consequences after the surgery, but the doctor didn’t take any responsibility.

In a similar case that happened in 2018, it was reported that in the London-based clinic Mayfair Practice, a company owned by Dr. Kamran Abbasi, he was offering cosmetic injections to patients without proper qualifications. One patient said that she was given a Botox injection by Dr Abbasi, who did not have a proper license for the procedure. The General Medical Council suspended Dr Abbasi in October 2018.
