Nairobi, Kenya: The African Fund Endangered Wildlife Giraffe Centre (AFEW) sponsored a one-week Camping Safari tour for the top 25 students from Nairobi, Kenya. During this tour, the students will visit and experience some of the most exciting wildlife sanctuaries, parks, and reserves across Nairobi County.
The tour is specially hosted for the trophy winners of the African Fund for Endangered Wildlife – Giraffe Centre 2023 Awareness Competition. The Team started their journey from Nairobi on Monday and have been driving through the mountain landscape to the Northern Frontier Province or the Northern part of Kenya.
Notably, this has been another significant initiative the Organisation has launched during the 40 years of its existence.

This initiative has provided the students a chance to explore the wildlife in some other major counties of Kenya, including Samburu-Shaba and Buffalo Springs along with the rich culture of the local Samburu community.
The African Fund Endangered Wildlife Giraffe Centre has expressed its thankfulness and gratitude to its partners in conservation and business for working collaboratively with its Team over the last 40 years.
Through this initiative, the Organisation has also underlined its vision to work and save the environment, urging, “Let’s work together to save mother nature”.
The African Fund Endangered Wildlife Giraffe Centre is Kenya’s Environmental Conservation and Non-profit Organisation. It aims to educate and acknowledge Kenyan children and youth about wildlife and the environment. The Centre also provides local and International visitors a chance to experience the world’s tallest species, the Giraffe.
