Malawi: National Initiative for Civic Education (NICE) programs officer for Dedza, Vincent Kalawa has asked the voters in the district to get their voter certificates. The nation is getting ready to host the general elections to choose a new government in less than 6 months.

After the registration, it is the responsibility of the people of Malawi to get their certificates to make sure that they can vote. The NICE programme officer for Dedza, Vincent Kalawa said that they should make sure that their voices are heard in the upcoming General Election.
When the programme officer made this call, he was at the Bembeke trading Centre in the middle of a sensitization tour. The tour, done on Thursday covered a number of places, including Linthipe 1 and Thete.
The National Initiative for Civic Education has said that they want to educate the people about their rights and duties towards the nation. Notably, it is the people’s responsibility to keep their voter certificates safe and secure for the upcoming election process.

They should make sure that they know the leaders that they are choosing before they are casting their votes. The National Initiative for Civic Education has urged people to stray from any form of violence during the polling process.
