South Africa: The Spread Truth Africa took a step forward to help the natives by curbing their hunger and donating them food. In association with Midwest Food Bank through Midwest Food Bank East Africa (KAPU AFRICA) that made it possible that no one should sleep hungry.
Spread Truth Africa has officially taken the Nutritional Support initiative to serve the most vulnerable with both compassion and dignity. While extending this gratefulness, they provided food assistance to the communities in drought-affected and food-insecure ASAL (Arid and Semi-Arid Lands) regions.
They granted food to Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) who are affected by conflict or natural calamities like floods. The elderly and those with chronic illnesses who are often left behind also received their part of food.
The Pregnant women and Lactating mothers in underserved communities were on priority and served well. The urban income-insecure households struggling to meet daily nutritional needs in informal settlements were also served.
Spread Truth shared the moments on their official social media handle and marked that together they are restoring hope, one meal at a time. The photographs are the proof that loads of food and raw material to prepare the food has been provided and granted to the needy under this initiative.

Besides this, earlier this week they also reached out to the residents of Rumuruti in Laikipia County who were in need of food. Alongside the food distribution, there was also a medical camp which was organized by the Hope Citadel Foundation. The biblical training sessions and gospel outreach by Ridgeways Baptist Church, and sports events and outreach by Spread Truth Africa. Volunteer Wilfred Ouma also doubled up as a translator and thanked everyone who made this mission possible.
Spread Truth is not-for-profit organization and are making the beauty of God’s story known to everyone. Whereas Midwest Food Bank is a faith-based, non-denominational non-profit organization dedicated to helping alleviate hunger. People who received the food looks happy and hopeful as if their prayers were listened and they were served with help and blessings.
