Michael Allio has been on his emotional way since he became a part of Katie Thurston’s season of ‘The Bachelorette.’

On Monday, the episode of the ABC series turned to be very heartfelt when Allios’s little boy, James asked his father if Allio wants to see him anymore. The little kid seemed to be very sad and was majorly missing his father.

Allio, 36 while sitting for an interview with a media page shared what he was going through.

He noted, “I always go back to that day when I had to say bye to Katie. It’s not something I wanted to do but as a parent, [it was an] easy decision. I would do it a million times again, just like I did there without thinking twice.”

The TV star continued and said, “I knew when I had to make that decision, that I was leaving an opportunity to pursue an amazing life with someone that I care about, and finding that person is really difficult”

Michael also revealed the struggles a single father faces while raising the kids. He said, “And I think that’s kind of the conundrum parents and single parents always have [is] to balance time with someone that you love, like, your child and then you as an individual. And how do I pursue that happiness?”

Further, Allio also claimed, ” And a lot of times — and I’ve spoken with a lot of widowers and single parents — they’re scared to do that. I understand it, like, a million times over because I still feel it. You give a little bit of time, it takes from something else.”

In the episode of the show, it was noticed that what actually made Allio quit the show. His son, James whom he shares with his late wife, Laura asked his father a few touchy questions, via facetime.

Notably, James asked, “Why don’t you want to see me anymore?” The business owner, who noted’“kids are crazy resilient.'”
