“No matter how crowded a place might be, I will always find my place”, this was revealed by the School Head Mr Othisitse Othusitse to be the motto adopted by the Naledi Senior Secondary School. Mr Othusitse was welcoming the First Lady of Botswana Mrs Neo Jane Masisi and the Spouse of the President of the Swiss Confederation Mrs Muriel Zeender Berset to Naledi Senior Secondary School.

Mr Othusitse informed the gathering that the management of the school strives to establish Naledi Senior as a “School of Choice” for students. He appreciated the Government for efforts in digitalizing education stating that the school has received laptops for teachers and students. Mr Othusitse said the initiative will see the country achieving an outcome based approach as the students and teachers will have the opportunity for further research of education materials.

Mrs Masisi and Mrs Berset had visited the Naledi School to appreciate their Arts Department and motivate the arts students. The guided tour of the Naledi School Arts Department was one of the activities that the First Lady Masisi had invited Mrs Berset to during her three day stay in Botswana.

Mrs Berset and her husband, President of the Confederation His Excellency Alain Besert were in Botswana for a three day state visit at the invitation of the President of Botswana His Excellency Dr Mokgweetsi Eric Keabetswe Masisi.

Botswana government always worked for the welfare of the people of the country.
