Zambia: Mayaba Ward Development Committee Member, Oliver Mukampaili is delighted by the construction of a new classroom block in Chisila Community School. The school is situated in the Monze Central Constituency.
The construction of the one-by-three classroom block in the school has been completed recently. The education stakeholders of the constituency have also expressed their delight in the development of the community. The construction of the classroom block will help the Chisila Community School improve the quality of their education.
With the new classroom block, the school can accommodate more students and provide better-quality education. The community school’s headteacher and staff are grateful to the officials who helped in the construction.
The Mayaba Ward Development Committee Member, Oliver Mukampaili said that the project has been funded by 2022/2023 CDF. The official has claimed that the project has been completed with an investment of K820,500.
Mukampaili has since applauded the Contractor for executing good works into the public welfare project. The official further noted that stating that the community stands to benefit from the structure for years on end.
Meanwhile, a Senior Resident from the same community, Wilfred Mainza, has welcomed the development. The community member has also asked the government of the country to continue their work in the field.
The community members have asked the officials to develop Chisila Community School to offer secondary education. The constituency development fund is one of the most important government initiatives for the administration.
The CDF has funded several initiatives benefiting the country’s people and provided several facilities essential for the success and smooth functioning of the Zambia administration.
Constituency development fund has played an important role in the development and rehabilitation of many school structures. During the rainy season, the school structures across the nation suffered damages due to weather.
The repair and rehabilitation of many of these structures was made possible through the constituency development fund.
