South Africa: The People’s Republic of China has extended a helping hand to South Africa by donating electricity generators. The government shared that the people’s republic of China has emerged as an all-weather friend and supporter to the South African Government.
The administration has shared that the Department of Public Works and Infrastructure received the donation. The receiving delegation was led by the MEC Dibolelo Mance and thanked china for their generous donation.
The schools, healthcare facilities and government buildings will have access to the donated generators. The donation will help the facilities that are affected by power failures and cannot function properly without electricity.
Through this donation, the organization wants to make sure that they can continue to serve the nation even during the times of power shortages. The administration of free state has claimed that they are honored to be selected for the donation.
The Member of the Executive Council claimed that they want to make sure that the challenges that they are facing are addressed. The MEC said that it is crucial for the administration that services are made available to the public.
The MEC said that they are grateful that the donation will help address the supply challenges. Lack of availability has led to communities facing load shedding. The organization has shared that they have a team of professionals in the department.
These professionals will help in the dispatch of the generators and the installation of the solar panels. This will help in making sure that the education facilities.
The organization has shared that they willt train the professionals and young recruits within our Artisan Development Programme. The initiative will help to maintain and service these generators and solar pannels.
The Department of the Public Works has promised that they will continue to prioritize skills development and job creation. The department wants to make sure that they are a strong capaci that internal capacity is built within the department.
