The V&A Waterfront Mini Explorers Club is awaiting you all! Calling every young explorer, the Mini Explorers Club is turning an ordinary day out into a full-on adventure, packed with fun, discovery and plenty of surprises.
What the Mini Explorers Club is?
Think of the club as an ultimate adventure guide for curious kids and their families. The Mini Explorers Club takes little adventures on a journey through the V&A Waterfront, filled with fun stops, quests, hidden treasures and plenty of chances to laugh, play and learn along the way.
The club is specially designed for kids aged between 5 to 12, but grown-ups re encouraged to join the fun too. Whether, the members are discovering secret corners, spotting sea creatures or just soaking up the views there’s always something for everyone.
How one can begin their adventure by skating around Battery?
The travellers can begin their adventure by skating around Battery Park by bringing their your gear, digging for gemstones at the Scratch Patch, or saying hello to the marine life at the Two Oceans Aquarium.
If you get hungry at a point, while roaming around, then try something new from one of the tourist’s fav restaurants or you can do something creativity by joining a Mini Makers class at Makers Landing.
What’s more to do?
Feel brave and hop on a stand-up paddleboard or take yourself to the sky on The Cape Wheel. Prefer to get creative or look out for painting parties and more. There’s adventure awaiting around every corner and no two visits are ever the same.

How to join Mini Explorers Club?
Registration is quick and easy. When one is visiting the V&A Waterfront, pop over to the Information Kiosk where the team will help you with registration. For R150, the little explorer gets a passport, an adventure map and access to exclusive discounts that delivered straight to your inbox.
To skip the long busy queue, one can also register online and collect the passport and map when they arrive.
