The architecture will be revealing design for the new tower in $1 Billion. The Star of the Sunset Boulevard, office tower will be redesigned in Los Angeles and will feature the aesthetic cascading greenery from terraces designed as spirals at the exterior.

The proposal for the same has been submitted to the city planners. The project aims to turn a two-acre plot on the Sunset Boulevard in Hollywood into a 22-story workplace and it will offer an excellent 360-degree (360°) views of the local area and maximize the natural light inside for the entertainment industry called as ‘The Star’.
The beautiful design for the skyscraper is shared by the well-established architecture firm Foster + Partners which will depict the lush gardens, outdoor decks and the contemporary office areas.
According to the Foster + Partners, the design selected for the building is a “true reflection of the workplace of the future, will be nurturing community, well-being and collaboration.”

Considerably, the Foster + Partners said, “The Star will be home to entertainment firms and Hollywood’s top content creators.”
The current plans include production space, a gallery, a screening theatre, a rooftop restaurant and community gathering spaces at the ground level.
The Star of the Sunset Boulevard was earlier visioned by the MAD Architects in the year 2021, in an egg-shaped edifice on Hollywood’s Sunset Boulevard.
Following this, MAD’s founder Ma Yansong said that the 22-story tower dubbed the Star, and sought to create a “new iconic landmark in Hollywood and continues to nurture the inspiration and creativity of the public.”

MAD Architects is an architectural design firm based in Beijing, China with offices in Los Angeles, New York City and Rome. MAD Architects is currently led by the leaders Ma Yansong, Dang Qun and Yosuke Hayano.
