Zimbabwe: The UFC fighter Themba Gorimbo is set to fight with an American Mixed Martial artist Ramiz Brahimaj. The MMA fighter competes in the Welterweight division of the Ultimate Fighting Championship.
Welterweight Fight will be held at UFC 92 Las Vegas in Nevada on May 18, 2024, when Ramiz Brahimaj returns to the Octagon and is ready to throw down against Themba Gorimbo.
Themba Gorimbo with points 12-4, will enter the Octagon on the heels of back-to-back victories against Pete Rodriguez and Takashi Sato after he suffered in round two submission loss at the hands of AJ Fletcher in his UFC Debut at UFC Fight Night 219.
Whereas, Ramiz Brahimaj with points (10-4) has gone 2-2 for his promotional run and is coming off for round one submission victory over Michael Gillmore in 2022.
Moreover, the Fortis MMA product has been out of action for more than two years due to injuries. Since then, the 31-year-old fighter has recorded all his career ten victories.
Themba Gorimbo is a Zimbabwean MMA Fighter who became an internet sensation after WWE star Dwayne Johnson shared his video in which he surprised Gorimbo in an MMA gym. In that video, Johnson mentioned that he had bought a house for Gorimbo in Miami.
The WWE fighter, said, “The more I talk to the 32-year-old fighter the more interesting his backstory becomes.” To which Gorimbo replied, “I’m just the main character in this life story of Themba. Everything that happened to me, the good and bad has led me here.”
Ramiz Brahimaj is an American Mixed Martial Artist who competes in the Welterweight division of the Ultimate Fighting Championship.
According to Brahimaj’s story, he started training seriously for MMA when he was 17, while he was a junior in high school. Ramiz loves fighting and has always loved the UFC.
