Horita commended the community leaders for being proactive enough to put up makeshift structures where children could learn.

“Our desire is to see children in this community access education in a conducive environment. We hope this will, in turn, expand their possibilities,” he said.

Earlier, Mboyoma applauded the couple for partnering with the government in providing better education infrastructure to vulnerable communities.

“The government has a huge responsibility to provide education infrastructure across the country. We are really thankful for this gesture. It will go a long way in improving the levels of education in Luyando,” he said.

Mboyoma said the development will also help curb early marriages and high dropout rates among learners in the area.
