Liberia, West Africa: Kakata City is all set to host the Gibi Music Festival 2023 for the first time in December. The Festival will be held under the theme, ” Promoting peace and unity through entertainment in Margibi County.”
This event is scheduled to be held on December 23, 2023, at the Kakata Cinema, the event will begin at noon.
The GIBI Music Festival is organized by Abraham Layee Fofana alias DJ Five Star, the current President of Liberia DJs Association Margibi Chapter, and Whynter Quiah alias Q Man, CEO of African Fellas Music.
According to the Organizers, The Gibi Music Festival is an annual ceremony aimed at Celebrating the hard work and outstanding contributions of Margibi entertainers. The Festival aims to grow and develop the Margibi entertainment industry.
The Gibi Music Festival exists to acknowledge and recognize the efforts of all Margibians in and outside of Margibi County. It is also based on acknowledging people working tremendously to sell Margibi County through entertainment.
This Festival will bring entertainers from all over the county together to perform or showcase their talent on one platform. The organizers added that their door is still open for sponsors or supporters. They also urged the audience to collect the tickets to be a part of this Festival. The tickets would be sold out soon.
