The Kweneng Regional Football Association Division One games have entered the week seven. Sixteen competing teams have already faced six of their opponents in the last five weeks.
Previously, the teams faced two of their opponents in a single week on November 11 and November 12, 2023. This was a detour from the one match per week schedule. But the tournament has returned to that pattern of matches for the weekend.
This week, ten matches will take place over two days. Four teams out of the total sixteen contenders will play an extra opponent this week to make up for the match which was called off previously. Notably, Blue Aces, Mmopane SC, Thamaga Shooting Stars and Blackbirn Callies have played only five of the six scheduled matches so far.
The teams were not able to play the sixth matches last week as they were called off due to rain
